This policy explains what HotelFinder (“we”, “us”) does with personal data when you use hotel.dramanest.fyi. The site operator can be contacted at [email protected].
What we collect
- Listing claims: your name, email address, optional phone number, optional website, description, verification note, approximate country and the time of the request. We do not ask for or store card numbers. Approved contact details and descriptions are published on the listing; verification notes are not published.
- Corrections and reports: the hotel, issue type, details and optional email address you submit.
- Jobs and rental posts: the text and contact email you choose to publish.
- Booking clicks: hotel slug, city, country, source label, approximate country from Cloudflare and the time of the click. We do not store your raw IP address in the click log.
- Technical logs: our hosting and security providers may process IP addresses and request metadata to deliver the site and prevent abuse.
- Preferences: your cookie choice is stored in your browser as
hf_consent_v1.
Why we use it
- To publish and maintain hotel listings and owner claims.
- To investigate corrections and respond to messages.
- To understand which pages and links are useful, using aggregated click counts.
- To show advertising and travel-partner content, but only where you have allowed it.
- To protect the site, prevent spam and comply with legal obligations.
Where UK or EU data protection law applies, we rely on contract or legitimate interests for operating the directory, consent for optional advertising and analytics, and legal obligation where required.
Cookies and local storage
Essential storage remembers your privacy choice. Optional advertising and partner scripts are blocked until you accept them. Read the cookie policy or change your choice at any time with the cookie settings button in the footer.

- OpenStreetMap — source of listing data under the ODbL. No visitor account is needed.
- Booking.com — booking destination. Their privacy policy applies once you leave this site.
- Travelpayouts — flight and ticket widgets, loaded only with advertising consent.
- Google AdSense — advertising, loaded only with advertising consent.
- Google Translate — optional translation, loaded with analytics or advertising consent.
- Cloudflare — CDN, security and approximate country information.
Retention
Approved claims remain while the listing is maintained. Pending or rejected claims are kept for up to 24 months for review, abuse prevention and dispute handling. Corrections are kept for up to 24 months. Aggregated click logs are kept for up to 12 months. Published jobs and rentals remain until removed or expired.
Your rights
Depending on where you live, you may request access, correction, deletion, restriction, objection or portability, and withdraw consent. Email [email protected]. You may also complain to your local data protection authority.
International transfers and children
Our providers may process data outside your country using their standard safeguards. The site is not directed to children under 16, and we do not knowingly collect their personal data.
